Terms and Conditions in case they disappear from website at GO

1. Entry is open to UK residents aged over 18 and over excluding employees and their immediate families of English Heritage and Bales Worldwide, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision after the 16th November 2009. The winner will be notified by the 26th November 2009 by phone, email or post – depending on the details they provided at the time of booking. The winner will be required to confirm in writing their acceptance of the prize by 4th January, 2010 to Bales Worldwide, if they fail to do so they will have been deemed to forfeit the prize and another name will be chosen at random from the draw.
3. The prize comprises a 10 day holiday for 2 adults to Ecuador and The Galapagos Islands, international fights from London Heathrow, hotel accommodation as specified in the itinerary, 3 night cruise aboard either La Pinta or MV Santa Cruz, transfers in Quito, Guayaquil and Galapagos, air ticket Quito- Baltra-Guayaquil, island sightseeing, naturalists guide and lecture services in English/Spanish and some meals as per itinerary. Please note that departure tax and National Park fees are not included, for further details please see the full itinerary.The prize must be taken between February 2010 and September 2010, subject to availability.
4. No booking is accepted until Bales Worldwide has confirmed it to you in writing.
5. Travel to and from London Heathrow and personal insurance are not included. The winner partakes in all activities at their own risk. For full details regarding what is included in the prize please refer to the full itinerary.
6. No alternative prize will be offered. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
7. For the winner's name and county please send a stamped addressed envelope to English Heritage & Bales Worldwide Galapagos Holiday Competition, Customer Services, English Heritage, PO Box 569, Swindon, SN2 2YP after 31.07.08.

edit:..well, it only accepted it after I ticked at the bottom that I didn't want to receive any info.....you would have thought they would have wanted me to leave that blank!!!

Its nice to share. Good luck everyone. I haven't entered because its only for 2 people. We've got a 15 month old and I couldn't bear leaving her for 10 days...not even for this!!!

Then again, maybe I could take her and leave Daddy home!!!

I thought this was English Heritage. How come they can't spell English or - dare I say - offer a prize in England?
