I already have a joint a/c with icici hi save and want to open a single a/c so as to not put more than 35k in any a/c with this bank, they asked for the same proofs of id as before, so i emailed to ask if my already supplying these details for existing joint a/c would be on file ,to save time & trouble,
the response after a few days was that i could only have the new a/c if i closed the existing joint a/c.
Q- is this right or should i ignore there reply and send the proof of id to see if they open the new a/c .any thoughts
