Obstructing the Pavement

Is there no mercy?! I went to the police station with photos and they said that there's no point in appealing, I'm clearly on the pavement...yes, but the fine was for obstructing the pavement! Oh well. I would love to put a photo up but the window is asking for a URL and doesn't seem to let me browse and upload...any suggestions?

You can't "browse and upload" a photo to MSE as MSE doesn't host photos... you need to use a photo hosting site like Photobucket top upload it to and then link to it from there.0
