First houses of spring

The last 2 bed house to be sold in my street was in Dec and went for £119,995.The first ones of the year are now on the market and are asking £142,500.Thats one big increase (if they get it).

That's because we're all so much richer since December, utility bills haven't gone up, council tax has gone down and interest rates have been slashed.
Wait another three months and you can put yours up for 200K!

I was thinking that prices were staying below the stamp duty threshold and have now taken a quantum leap to the next level.The same will probably happen when the 4 beds come on the market.They were just below £250,000.0
