The Easynote keyboards have a pathetic flat cable connector/clamp which is really easy to wrongly connect and would very easily break if it had ever been taken apart.
Could be worth removing the keyboard and checking that connector.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
