Hi

I am undertaking research at Nottingham Trent University towards a Degree in Business Information Systems. As part of my dissertation I am looking into the different elements of trust in online shopping

I would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete two tasks. They simply involve looking for a book on three websites and then completing a short questionnaire about some aspects of your browsing.
All information provided will be treated with the strictest confidence and will only be used for the purposes of this research.

Task ONE

You are requested to spend a few minutes familiarising yourself with the Internet bookstores detailed below. In order to does this please browse the site and search for the following book:

The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown

Once you have located the book add it to your shopping basket and proceed thorough the online checkout.

AT THE POINT WHERE THE SITE ASKS FOR PAYMENT PLEASE STOP, AS YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A PURCHASE TO TAKE PART IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE.

Once you reach this point please proceed to the next site on the list below.

When you have finished browsing all of the above three sites please complete the questionnaire by visiting the link below.
