Lincoln Sainsbury's seems to have had 3 or 4 things reduced, but they've all gone, and all other toy stock is full price.
The Worksop store was better, but nothing like the triumph of Whirly's list (which store was that?) And I paid £2, not £1.25, for their own Connect 4, so there's a lot of variation between stores.
I did get some half price stationery in pretty boxed sets.

There does seem to be a variation in price between stores (Castle Vale and Shirley - both in Birmingham) - the one I went to yesterday (Castle Vale) had certain things much cheaper but some more expensive.

Bought ELC abacus today for £4 instead of £8 and a megablox helicopter for £5 instead of £10 (this was full price in the other store).

Going back to the first one tomorrow to see if there is anything new.
