Hugs Marru, well done for abstaining tonight, what a horrible situation you are in (((())) just think how much better things will look tomorrow morning unhungovered rather than face the answerphone with a hangover. Hang in there girl xx
Thank you everyone, however I have found the magic amount of my regular poison that gives me nice numbness in the evening but no hangover in the morning. So hangover is not an issue, apart from getting more irritable so yes from that point hopefully in the better mental state to deal with it tomorrow.
ETA please I haven't read French and even English is only my second language so mercy!!"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

You have not failed at all. Your target is 8. allows for some leewayHello,
I have DD in bed so trapped in house meaning that AF for tonight, that is number three
Until DD starts school full time (she is going to reception class) I am picking her from play group at three which means that I need to drag her with me to my afternoon dog walking job (I do have respectable office job in the mornings ). Today when I was dragging this squeaking thing up the hill and she almost dislocated my thumb with her pulling I was dreaming of a half a litre of sherry. Luckily the rest of the walk went better and I managed to come home and stay here instead of grapping my purse and heading to C00p. She had wet her pants today at play group and just before putting her into the bath had pooped herself as well. Thank goodness house is AF as this is the moment I would savour that first BIG glass. As DD's dad is harrasing me with unrealistic demands of where and how and when he wants to see her and have only paid £250 maintenance over last two years despite living in over £1m property (when I am behind with my rent) and when I left him he had over £50k savings when I was over £30k in debt. And I have two messages from yesterday in my answerphone which must be from creditors and I have promised myself that I don't need to deal with it until tomorrow afternoon. Which is bad as it gives me plenty of time to nip to the shop. Only BF coming tomorrow (not sure yet) might stop me falling off tomorrow. Sighs...
Marru. It is difficult but try not to worry about your Ex's lifestyle now. I split with my OH 9 years ago and live in a council house and am bankrupt. My Ex lives in a massive house with new car and 2 holidays per year. It used to really eat me up but, thinking about it, how they live their life does not impact how I live mine so I made a pact to live MY life to the best of my capabilities and to give my family everything that I have to give them
