About 20 for me....gonna weigh in tomorrow & SUPPOSE will put it in my sig........if I haven't slashed my wrists. 115K you're a vegan aren't you? What's a "typical" meal when you're on a weight-loss kick?
What's a stone? 14lbs? I need to lose a stone. I know I can lose that in around a month if I cut out the wine!Need to start again0 -
I love you guys...
But if I stay up posting much longer I will never sleep later. I have to have some downtime from my laptop before I can settle to sleep

Indeed HB. Thanks for the earlier post. Much appreciated. Have asked my mum to say prayers too. I'm not religious, but she goes to church. Whatever may help!
Off for some downtime and hopefully sleep will come. Tempted by a glass to help, but will resist. Mr FH is in such a slump, what a shame. I really feel bad for him. It isn't his fault and yet I have been in such a bad mood with him. I'll go give him a big kiss and hug before I go up.
Much love XNeed to start again0 -

Evening everybody :hello:
Everybody seems to be back posting again, as we all look forward to getting back to normal in September, hopefully.
Miss Piggy: I've clocked up another AFD today, taking me to the grand total of 12 for August. Thanks again for doing the scoring, and thanks to Ze Scarlet Pimpernel for scoring for September.
Night night all xxTotal AFD's May-December 2009: 178 ie 73% of total days (245 days)

Sorry Winebox - I didn't see your post. Yes I am a vegan *polishes halo*:p;)
I am not skinny though. I do know how to eat healthily but I don't always do it but I am not too huge considering I eat a lot of food in a day.:rotfl:
A healthy daily meal plan could be:
Breakfast - Porridge with fruit and maybe nuts and seeds. That will keep you full as well.
Snack - piece of fruit with a handful of nuts (no lewd comments please:D) cereal bar, houmous and sliced veggies, crisps aren't too bad if you just have one packet,
Lunch and dinner - mix a grain like rice, pasta, bread, preferably brown, with beans, lentils and veggies. You can do veggie versions of spag bol, chilli, fajitas etc. Jacket potatoes, soups with bread. You can get ready meals and just put them with spuds or just salad if you are being healthy. There's probably loads of other things, I can't really think. I don't eat Quorn as it's not vegan but they do lots of burgers, sausages etc.
Linda McCartney does nice pies and sausages too. Or look in Holland and Barrett they have lots of veggie stuff. I can lose over 7lbs in a week just by eating healthy vegan food but I don't stick to it. Also there is a book Skinny B**ch that lays out how to lose weight on a vegan diet.HOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000
