Oh big hugs to you, FH

Try not to cry, at least at work. I'm all in favour of bawling your eyes out when needed but at work it's just pants & never helps. (have done it & it didn't!)

Do put your faith in the Union. I don't know the work area Mr FH is in but they can have a lot of clout. And it's possible that if he's not the only one in this situation then that pressure will mean it gets sorted quickly

And more hugs, sounds like you need 'em :)

    Thanks HB, & FH.

Gosh FH I don't know what to say; wish I could help. Sorry you're having to sell the caravan; OH is talking about selling the boat 'cos we can't use it enough to justify the cost & that would be heartbreaking. Sorry if you've said before, but what line of work is your OH in? If he's offshore is it the oil industry?

Hi everyone, I am feeling pretty good today. I ended up watching a film last night "meet dave" it was good and helped to pass the time.
It took me a while to get to sleep but I slept well once I nodded off:j
Today I have done nothing really, but I have no alcohol in the house and the shop near me is shut, so AF tonight!
I need to keep busy, so I am going to make plans for the rest of the week, the kids dont go back till friday (what a stupid day to go back:confused:) so I think swimming and the pictures around 6pm every evening should keep me occupied!

Hello, everyone's been busy today I can see.

FH, I'm sorry you've had such a disappointment - I can imagine what a blow it is to htink that everything is going to be fine and then seeing it fall away. You never know, maybe it really is a problem with the system/accounting and the pay rise will go through.

Fluffy, I'm also looking forward to getting back on track now that the children are back in school and our routine is getting back to normal. I spent August drinking and eating way to much and now I just feel carp.
Of course drinking yesterday didn't help and now i just feel super tired even though it's only early evening. i shall have an early night tonight and NO Wine.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Ok Guys I shall try and make this quick ;)

Not a great Bank Holiday to be honest and I am feeling so very tired. Not sleeping again then when I am up, I am so tired I just want to go to bed again  First day back at work tomorrow and I am just not looking forward to it one little bit. Hey ho.

Forever Hopeful hugs hunny and I feel for you, I really do. Mr BB has been out of work a year now and to be honest it is really getting me down, I have cut back here and there where I can but it is just so never ending. The only good thing I am grateful for is that I have no mortgage, if I did well we would have been stuffed a very long time ago. He says I am tense, well I am, I just can't help it. I am trying to help with his depression but I myself am becoming depressed too. I do hope you DH gets it sorted because you are so very right, you need a family life and your boys deserve to have their Mum around. I used to work in exclusive new homes and I would see both sets of parents working all hours with no time for their children and I used to think would it not be better to have a cheaper house, with some quality time with your children? Everyone I know is different but family life is so very important and I do hope that you get this sorted sweetheart. Lots of love and fingers crossed hunny. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Winebox hugs hunny so sorry to hear that you have been in the wars, I am glad it is getting better but you should have really got some medical advice. I had an allergic reaction to my bites in Scotland, my eye swelled up etc. It really did worry me, you just don't know what you are been bit by? But it good news you are feeling better now. Btw its great to have you back and in the September challenge. (()) lots of love. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

JO Hugs sweetheart and I am pleased to hear you have eat breakfast but you NEED THREE MEALS A DAY. So make sure you do start to look after yourself and thankyou for your post, I took in all the relevant bits. ;);) Stay positive sweetheart and come on you can do this. Big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Ps don't forget to post a pic of the bread you are going to make ;)

Fay hugs hunny and glad to see you back again :A I have to say though you seem to be in a very mixed mood  I do so hope things get better for you. But you are so right alcohol doesn't make any of our problems better. Lots of love to you and your family. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ym and Dear Lurky I am not even going to try and get into: Spy/Monkey gate :A But YM sweetheart can you please put my September total down for 20. Thankyou and Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx And of course hugs to me mate Dear Lurky. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Miss P and Dear Piglet I am not sure if I will end on 18 or 19 today  I will update later if thats ok? Big hugs and thankyou so much for scoring August, you are an Angel :A Lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Pricey sweetheart hugs and well done for not rising to Mr Pir and his quest to pick an argument. He certainly tries your patience, does he not? Oh and yes I work in an Estate Agents, I would love to do something more worthwhile but then again wouldn't we all. Good luck as your new job starts soon, you will be fine I am sure. Hugs hunny (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Eselt you will be starting your new job soon so good luck to you too sweetheart, I am sure you will be just fine too. Though I have to say you do seem quiet of late  How are you and more importantly how are you feeling? I am with you on the insomnia too, its a killer isn't it. Really hope you are ok? Big hugs and lots of love. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Glasgow Girl and WBF how are you too? You have not been about much as well, hope all is ok with you both? Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Dear Fluffy lovely to see you back again :T No more over indulgence now, on the straight and narrow for September ;) Big hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

BHB I shall not comment on swimming in the dark :eek: But can you please tell Mrs Bhb how proud of her I am, as I think you said once before she is a little cautious? Hope it was not too cold? But I am sure you had a lovely time. I envy you living in the country with all your animals and growing your own so to speak. Be careful or we will all be coming to visit, then what will you do  We all want to escape you see ;) Well I do ;) Hugs to you and your family, take care. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ok I really must go now as I need to cook some dinnner. Hugs to you all: DM, Fedup, IM, Miamoo, HB, Geranuim, GP, GC, SAS, Angie,MP, RA, Gien, SSA, Marru, Cazza, TTGU, Nessa, DC, BB, 115k, 40SM, Mrs Dee Thanks for posting, 69 Chick hope all is well with you too? I position things carefully when drying - like hanging on hangers etc so it minimises the need for ironing, which i hate with a passion :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Me too. I hate ironing but DH loves it :rotfl:. I know this should be a good thing BUT sometimes I think this is OK to wear then DH says " you can't go out like that .. let me put an iron over it. I am honestly NOT a slob he is just obsessesd with ironing .:confused::confused: Not healthly for a 48 yr old man:rotfl::rotfl:
