House of Fraser - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

What knockout customer service at House of Fraser.

At 1730 hours last night I posted a letter to their head office in Scotland to complain about some egyptian cotton towels I had bought from them.

At 0948 hours this morning I get a reply to say they are very sorry to hear about the towels and as they are no longer an item they have in stock they will send me an e-voucher for the full amount.

No quibble.

Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:rotfl:...............or maybe it was my double barrelled surname..........hmmmmmmm
  • I agree that House of Fraser have excellent customer service..perhaps they could run training sessions for other companies?! I recently seen a lamp I liked in the display window but didn't know what it was called etc...the young girl in the store found it online for me and then rang around lots of stores to see where had it (they'd already sold theirs). The lamp was then delivered to my house within a couple of days. Excellent staff and excellent customer service...and since House of Fraser are only recently new in Northern Ireland, none of my friends have the same lamp!! :j

Why would having a double barrelled surname have any effect on the service you would receive from them?
