ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Im having a nervous breakdown, as it feels liek im taking 1 step 4ward and 2 back. I joined this forum ages ago but never actually wrote much . So lately ive been on alot and decoded to start a dmp with cccs . I found most of my info from here so was happy to get the ball rolling.
WELLLLLLL today ive recieved a letter from cccs saying that GE Capita; wouldnt accept my reduced amount but they will stay pay it to them and its likely that they will pass this on to a debt company. Im actually having a heart attack as i thought since i wasnt burrowing my head in the sand that things would work out ok.
So what happens now if it gets passed to a debt agaency? Will they add loads of interest and fees on?
I was advised to go bankrupt but im at uni so was hoping things would get better and didnt really wana go bankrupt
Any body have experience with banks not accepting the dmps?

Calm down
This happens all the time. Some creditors assume that if they play hard-ball you will magically find extra money.
if you panic, then they will take advantage of that fact.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

its just that the cccs thinks that they will pass on to the det company. If they do will that mean lots of fees?£2000 itv win, £500 cash & 2 nites holiday, Fridge, £500 cash & £500 very vouchers, TV with DVD player, mobile phone x2, £1200 worth of mini stuff, turkey holiday, 3DS, £200, £100, 47 " 3D tv& HD box and 1yr sky + loads of other stuff0
