Problems Viewing Media Clips Online.

Hi All
I can't seem to watch the majority of clips on YouTube anymore as the image seems to jump continually, the sound however is perfect.
In addition to this when I go onto BBC/ITV Iplayer to view programmes the sound is find but the only picture visible is the opening graphic.
Does anyone have a solution to this? I have ran Spybot, CCleaner, an anti virus program and Malwarebytes to no avail and the system has also been de-fragmented.
