NEW Paypal card for UK

Paypal have announced a new Mastercard for the UK with 0% on balance transfers for 6 months.

The Register reported the card was available only to PayPal UK account holders until May, but see http://www.rickman.me.uk/blogger/. It seems non-PayPal account holders can apply, too (well, at the moment at least).

Been looking at the T&Cs of this card, and states no BT fee. However 3% minimum repay for only 6 months at 0% means the CL would need to be pretty generous to make it worthwhile. Can see no mention of min or max CL's offered, so has anyone got anything to add to this please?

called them yesterday.after getting all info they said my application is declined though i am a paypal verified member and had a lot big good transactions there .i dont know why they decline application by doing some credit check.
i got a student barclay creditcard but yet i was refused by capitalone(??) some days ago :mad: .they refer to experian and equifax as a cause.

After being on the receiving end of paypal's customer services there is no way in a million years I am signing up for a paypal card.
