Hi
I currently have a major debt problem, 30 k to be honest. I have nowhere to go with my mortgage and I am now really struggling to pay cards etc.
Can someone please explain what an IVA is, who is best to deal with this and would it affect my wifes credit rating-The cards are in my name. I realise that I would have to pay so much off a month, but how do I go on for living costs and the like?
I have been silly but now realise that I need to do something and I am worried.
Any advice would be appreciated.
