Do I need to pre-fund my paypal account to do a refund?

Unfortunately the money has to be in your paypal account before you can refund, and that can take days to upload. The last time I sent a refund I had to get my sister to send me money from her paypal balance, refund my buyer and then when I next rexeived funds I refunded my sister from the original payment so that I paid no fees on the 'loan'.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
