It depends on the EA and how you feel about them. Many can barely read let alone understand an electricians report.
Compromise would be to visit the EA and let them read the report but not copy it.0 -

i recently negotiated the price on a rewire grounds, got proof off sparky but EA didnt even ask, got 1k off price.0
