    no question is stupid to ask.....

    the Or doesnt help you to "tweak" nor to do your SoA, they will only approve , disapprove or reduce your allowance as they see fit and according to their technical manual.
    however on this board many people are able to help you give realistic and acceptable allowance for each expenses.

    I am not sure about dental insurance as i do not have one but they may allow you what is consider as "normal" whatever that mean. they will probably says go under NHS but i am nto sure about this.

    the appointment with the OR is to discuss why have you end up insolvent , to explain some large ytransaction, to deal with asset and properties, to deal with your SoA , creditor etc... .
