been out to take dd to drama class(free;)).feeling very rough which i know is stress...my fault.
DH promises to phone council but doesn't.Have said how important it is but"millions of other things are important too".The stress of caring is making him very cynical/depressed and not helping his high blood pressure at all.Every day above ground is a good one

I know things are hard for you to get down but can you answer me 3 questions
1. Are you getting council tax benefit?
2. Is the reason you are being taken to court because the council tax benefit hasnt been paid properly
3. Do you have a social worker, or anyone from a charity etc helping you with money.
If you want you can send me a PM where I can answer in private if you prefer.
Glad you have breathing space xx:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Just wanted to also say hang on in there.
What is happening is not your fault and i am sure that will be taken into account.
please talk with Lynzpower you have nothing to lose by doing so.
It seems clear to me that you and your family need some help and some support.

Hi,
I really feel for you. I have a disabled sisiter who without help from me and parents would not be able to manage finances etc herself. I know it's really hard and that you feel under enormous pressure. Do you get things like attendance allowance? If so try asking asking for a social worker to come out and help you sort things - you have to keep nagging and asking for a second opinion until you get one that you like and trust. We did and now are a bot happier with the help we are getting. Do you have family/close friend that can spend a little bit of time helping you sort through things? Your partner is probably wound up and trying his best but men have a habit of ranting and raving and not getting much done! We get all the rubbish jobs!
Please don't worry too much - what about legal aid to help you try to sort things?
Don't know too much about the law etc but I'm sure that noone would blame you for getting things a bit wrong and mixed up - surely your doctor can help by writing a referal about your conditions and their implications?
Please hang in there and try not to worry too much (easier sid than done I know!)
