I have just had a call from DLC - they who are dealing with my Barclaycard masterloan (with the PPI I am attempting to claim back) - they have informed me that bailiffs are being instructed......ha ha but you haven't taken me to court, bring it on I say!

Well I can't believe it...I just called up and asked to speak to a supervisor and got through to one without a fight. He is going to listen to the call and ring me back this afternoon, as obviously they can't threaten me with bailiffs if they haven't taken me to court.
