I have just had a call from DLC - they who are dealing with my Barclaycard masterloan (with the PPI I am attempting to claim back) - they have informed me that bailiffs are being instructed......ha ha but you haven't taken me to court, bring it on I say!

She then say our litigation department have checked callcredit and have seen that you have obtained further credit .......again...:rotfl: if they can find someone who will give me credit - fantastic......

Ah, it's great when they phone you and you can counter argue all their bullcrap. I've had them hang up on me before when they realise I know what I'm talking about.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Maz, I agree it was so childish of him to say that. If he's not careful he's going to really alienate Erin. As for the home improvements, I'd wait and see if he actually does them before getting annoyed...

Good point amie! very good point!! i very much doubt he'll do any of the stuff he claims!

Well I can't believe it...I just called up and asked to speak to a supervisor and got through to one without a fight. He is going to listen to the call and ring me back this afternoon, as obviously they can't threaten me with bailiffs if they haven't taken me to court. Although they can check my credit apparently.....mmmmm didn't know that...

I did/i do actually but to be honest, he can do what he wants, i really don't care... i love my wee hooose and it'll be just lovely!

this morning Erin asked me if she could watch some telly while she ate her breakfast... he pipes up... "it's not up to mum, it's my telly. She doesn't live here anymore."

I was like "why on earth would you say that to her?? Think before you open your mouth. We'll be gone soon enough"

I was livid...! churlish childish w*nker!

OMG that just confirms you're doing the right thing ehh
