Davey, I wouldn't email. Despite being a computer geek myself, I've become a firm fan of written letters to people like that if you want to achieve results. I think some businesses still take a physical letter more seriously than an email - possibly because it takes a bit more effort?If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0

I agree, I have had good responses by writing a carefully worded letter to the CEO.
Write in a way to assist the company in its business while still making your points rather than launching a tirade gets much better results in my experience.0
