Ugh! I just applied for a capital one visa!!

I don't know what I was thinking!!!

I went through all the details and proceeded to apply even with a rediculous APR of 34.9% typical... Anyway they didnt even give me a yes! I should have waited because my premier manager told me to wait 3 months and it will say on their system which cc I am elligeble for! I am so angry with myself!!!

ANywhOO I have posted their reply below and have edited the personal details :rotfl:

Thank you for your application for a Card, Sir Oinkington One of our team will now perform additional checks, which typically take
7 working days.
In a small number of cases we may need more information to complete your application - if so, we'll write and let you know.

What do I do now?
We will contact you by post with further details of our decision. If we require additional information from you to approve your application, we'll explain this in our letter.

Whilst you are waiting for our decision, please do not re-apply for a Capital One card.

Your reference number
Your application reference number is Madonnas Date of Birth. Please quote this if you need to contact us.

We recommend you make a note of the number now, or go to McDonalds for a Happy Meal.
For your security please return to the homepage when you have finished.

The item you posted does not appear to be a rejection. It's a "further checks required" post.

You know, when on the application it says "Name", it means "Your name", not "A made up name" :rotfl:

Seriously though, I've been accepted for 6 cards in my life. All 6 have come after a letter like that. There is no need to panic.
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

I just gave Capital One a call they told me my application had been declined due to my credit history (which is perfect) and their policy of lending??? I'm just trying to find the appeal letter... FYI I changed the name on the above post for secuity reasons, you never know when george agdugdadwengo will come on here!

And I am aware of the hideous 34.9% APR on this card but I need it for sec75
