dental implants full needed

    dentures are awaful i hate them and i can spot them from a mile off
    i dont smoke
    so if my bone are ok and whatever else is ok i think if people could afford implants i think they would pick them over dentures any day

    well all i want is to hear of people who has had them done not people who are against them ,

    That would be cheap/old dentures.

    Just spending a fraction of what you're planning to spend on implants, and making sure you replace them regularly (6-10 yrs depending on how they wear in you) then you can get good, very lifelike dentures.

    With no teeth in an arch, I don't think any dentist would plan to replace evry single natural tooth with an implant - it would be more than the bone could stand. It would be an implant retained denture you would be looking at.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
