no gas check HELP!!

i have moved in to my new house at the end of april and my lanlord send that he had a gas check done but he did not he li.yed i asked for a gas check BUT then it failed on every thing. i just wont to no what could be done because i have a 2year old son and im 4mnth pregy. i singed for 6mnth.thank you

Even if a safety check had been done previously, it is LAW that a new one be carried out. A copy must be supplied to you within 28 days of you taking occupancy.
If the landlord doesn't get this done to your satisfaction, YOU decide what you want to do.
