Lloyds TSB 0% - Charges to apply soon !!

When I was in my local Lloyds TSB branch, I was offered a credit card with a 9 month 0% for BTs and no transfer fee ... good timing as my current 0% deal runs out this month.
I was told by the member of staff that if I wanted to take up the offer I'd have to do it quick because Lloyds TSB were planning to remove their "no transfer fee" for branch applications after April 14th.
Not sure how true this is, but if it is, you've got till the end of this week to apply for a card.
