Thanks for remembering us Martin. We dont see many people from "outside" any more. A few of the renting and selling lot who get lost and wander in by mistake, they dont stay long though.
And they never come back.0 -

I often see advice posted by newbies unthanked, but then a long standing poster gives the same advice 2 posts later and gets lots of thanks
