Orange Default

Hi there,

I'm not quite sure if this is the right place...But I was wondering if someone could help me out with an Orange Default query.

Rightly so, I was late on a payment, also I'm aware that the notification process is slightly different...However, are they allowed to put a default on your account without telling you at all i.e never serving you a default notice...??

I have all the paper work re this space in time, and nothing EVER states anything about a default....

Is there a way therefore, of getting this removed at all?

I've read a few threads about this...but wasn't sure if people had ever received a default notice...

Please let me know if I'm posting this in the wrong place!

Woudnt think so, There is a way, Although it takes 6 years to happen.
