Going to Florida (whooohoo - and all that)
Will want to use their local sim cards to dial mobile to mobile whilst there (will use a land line phone card to call home) we think this is our best option.
All our phones are Tri Band and unlocked. could take 4 - but probably take 2.
The tariffs are MIND BOGGLING! so to save me reinventing the wheel can any regular Florida bods advise the best card to get / price and where to get one please.
just looking for a reasonable flat rate from mobile phone to mobile phone, so we can keep together at the theme parks etc , so short pretty short calls, but calls will happen most days , going for 3 weeks from mid August.
thanks

most pay for receiving calls so it can cost more than expected. you can buy some sims or cheap phones at the likes of walmart or target or buy a pay as you go sim from one of the phone companies most of them have shops. A couple of years ago we got sims from ebay the US site though but last year couldnt get any and just went to a t mobile store when we were there.
one thing to watch out is that not all of the networks use sim cards, the likes of virgin dont.0 -
