I recently read the warning on this site about recurring payments and thought I'd better try and cancel the only one I have, for my Be Broadband account. Given the description in the article I was a bit concerned that this was going to be difficult, but found that the Be Broadband members' page has a link which allowed me to change from a recurring payment to a direct debit just by giving them my bank details.
Nice one, Be - why can't all companies make money saving this easy?
