Issues with online login after having a new card - ASDA

I recently had to have my Asda CC cancelled due to fraudulent activity.

They sent me a new card and also gave me a new account number.

However, I can no longer login online because of this and it's driving me insane!!

I have tried using my old and new account number however it constantly throws up 'some of your details do not match our records'

I have called their customer services and get through to their foreign call centre who advise me that the system is down (been well over a week not which is not acceptable)

However, I think there are further issues i.e. my account needs resetting or something.

I'm at the point of being ready to cry and have lost the will to live phoning 'customer services'

Any advice / other numbers I could try? The one I have is 0871 522 5888

I don't want to cancel it as I have about £20 worth of Asda vouchers due at xmas and we use it to save money on petrol. We always pay off but I just like to be able to keep track online.
