Duh - I mixed up buyers!

I have received an email about items I posted out yesterday. It seems I have mixed the addresses up (never done this before) and the buyers have got the wrong items. I have replied saying I want to sort it out ASAP for them - I have asked them to post the items back to me and that I will refund them the original cost of postage.
They were charged £1.75, actual postage was £1.62 - I have refunded £2.00 to cover hassle and disappointment.
Only one of the buyers has been in contact with me and seems happy with the postage refund. Have I done enough? I don't want to be left negative feedback over a genuine mistake, although I can understand buyers being annoyed by this.

i refunded costs + extra to cover them0 -
I did this as well (Why am I so DITZY) and it was really odd. I refunded money to both buyers to cover the new P&P. One buyer was really happy to go along with it but the other was real trouble - sent me a long email complaining about having to queue in the PO and wanted a full refund ON TOP of the extra P&P repayment.
I rather wished that I had asked that one to return it....I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0
