Debt Elimination

Hi there

HAs anyone had any luck with debt elimination services, such as buybyecredit.com???

It is based on a legal loophole which allows for the eradication of any credit card debt on agreements drawn up prior to April 2007. The success of the debt-elimination is based entirely on the lack of the banks ability to produce originally signed hard-copies of any credit agreement. This need for this evidence was removed in 2007, so it leaves a gaping hole of opportunity there for any prior-to-2007 agreements.

Any success and/or bad-news stories??

Cheers - dj

OK. Even I'm getting tired of these threads now.

Try searching for "2007 agreement" and seeing one of umpteen threads on this topic.

Alternatively : I've not seen any sucess stories on this yet, so feel free to give it a go and post about your progress!
