Looking for Dog friendly campsite around North of UK?

anyone know of any good campsites that are Dog and child friendly inn North East/ North West of UK, after somewhere with good long dog walk prospects and flexible stay dates i.e not full week?

The north east / north west is a huge area, and also there are many different campsites from basic to full on holiday parks.

I use a website called ukcampsite. They have great forums and a great campsite directory with loads of reviews from people who have stayed there. You can even get a list of all sites within a 20 mile radius of a point on a map.
