this is my first time dealing with this and i am not sure where i start. in 2000 i had two Credit card with small amounts of debt, About £200 on the clydesdale card and £600 on capital one. i tried to get help at the time but they were not interested and so i stupidly buried my head. the amounts are both roughly £3000 and i have been putting the debt collectors off with the help of citizens advice as i am on sickness benefit and can not pay them at the moment. obviously the majority of the debt is card charges and i would like to deal with them and get rid of the worry.

:confused i am wondering what the best plan of action is. please help. puddles

You need to get the details of the charges over the last 6 years.puddle_duck wrote: »this is my first time dealing with this and i am not sure where i start. in 2000 i had two Credit card with small amounts of debt, About £200 on the clydesdale card and £600 on capital one. i tried to get help at the time but they were not interested and so i stupidly buried my head. the amounts are both roughly £3000 and i have been putting the debt collectors off with the help of citizens advice as i am on sickness benefit and can not pay them at the moment. obviously the majority of the debt is card charges and i would like to deal with them and get rid of the worry.
