what are the odds of getting the cash back?

My wife changed where her wages were paid into from her own account in to our joint account but then forgot to cancel her standing order and went overdrawn. I transfer some money in to her account as soon as we realized but it went in 4 days later. In total she was over drawn £622 which they have charged £1.15 interest and £20 for unauthorized overdraft. She is heavily pregnant - due tomorrow infact - if we go in to the branch and complain about the charges, whilst potentially going in to labour on the banks floor will we get some of the charges back? What are the chances or do we just put it down to experience?
Nothing to see here, move along.
