Outlook Express password

I have just log on to Outlook Express and it as asked for my password this is the first time this as happened. I am the only one using my computer and I have forgotten it . Is there anyway round this problem. Also I am not computer minded so I hope it will be easy.Guess I will have to keep an eye on forum to see answer.
