Ebay Classified - fees?

I've been looking at Ebay Classified ads to sell a caravan (after advice on this forum, didn't even know they did classified before
), and I was to check how the fees work. The only fees mentioned are the ad fees of about £14, no mention of FVF etc. Is this correct?
I have tried this in my Ebay fees calculator but this doesn't have an option for 'classified' so no help there.
This looks too good to be true (up to 12 photos etc., cheap listing) - which probably means that it is too good to be true and I have read it all wrong.....

The classified ads are a great way to sells cars / caravans. I've sold a few cars on ebay and always use a classified ad as it works out way cheaper. It's £12.99 for 28 days and there are no other fees. You can set it up so people can send you best offers too , which i would recommend as people always like to barter!0

So it is true - thank you madison, I just thought it sounded too good! I will definitely use this method then.
I will have a car to sell soon as well, so I know what to do with that too...
Many thanks!
