PrePaid Credit Card

Firstly, This is my first post and 2nd im sorry if its in the wrong section etc!

I work all over the world, on and offshore and will be going to West Africa for a few weeks at a time now and again and i am thinking about a prepaid credit card, ive been to Africa a few times already and had no problem, cause i didnt use it. but it makes me think that since its corrupt there, people will force you to get stuff if they want.

So lets get to the point!!

If i got one of these and the card got nicked, or cloned for any reason. what would happen?

When i get home i could cancel it and that would be the end of it?

Or could this wreck my credit rating?

Im 21 and have got a good credit already. i dont want to ruin that!
