Capital One credit card charges reclaiming

I wrote to Capital One on June 3rd, using a MSE template letter, asking for a list of charges and enclosing a cheque for £10.
They cashed the cheque on June 23rd, but have so far yet to respond to me. I wrote to them again on July 10th to chase it up, and gave them until today (July 16th) to respond.
Well, 16th July is here and nothing from Capital One, so I called the Information Commissioner's Office, and the nice lady there told me that I could complain using their website's page for compaints about Data Protection matters (tried to post a link but I'm not allowed).
I've made my complaint online and received a confirmation of it by email. You can even upload supporting documents, such as copies of your letters.
Now I suppose I wait to hear what Capital One have to say about it. Maybe their response was just lost in the post, who knows? Either way, I'm sort of glad that it had to come down to me contacting the ICO, because maybe it'll show them that I'm prepared to follow things up as the complaint continues.
