Caravan ownership hell need help asap desperate

Please Help
I'll try and make this as short as possable I bought a fantastic holiday home last Seotember but it has turned into the worst thing every and the problems are still ongoing.
I bought a Caravan on finance through a Heaven Site in Grange over sands ( never owned a caravan before) Paying monthly ect first few weeks went well. Took the option to pay extra to the site for them to prepare the caravan for the winter ( They never completed this) pipes burst and the van got wet through as part of the service the site is suppsed to make good what went wrong as part of the insurance. £ months later the carpets were still wet through and thae doors ect were now damaged ect. I've had nothing but problems trying to get it all fixed now this has been going on for 8 months and anything only seemsto get done when I'm on site it has already taken up 2 weeks of my holidays from work this year. I had enough and told the site I wished to sell the caravan which has to be done by them but am unable to sell it because they still haven't finished the work. I have paid the site fees for this year, Insurance for this year and keep paying the monthly payments. feel total ripped off I've sent e-mails ect and now feel I may have to take legal action but don't know where to start no solicitor seems to wont to touch it. since september its cost me about £10,000 and stand to get nothing at all back.
could sombody please please help.
