nearly 3 years ago i went with a company called licit legal to claim back my bank charges, really peed off when i found out after how easy it was to do myself but i had already signed a contract with them and aggreed to pay 25% to them if they were succesful, but licit legal is no longer trading and i have now received a letter from another company called My claims expert saying that they had taken over the case load from licit legal and that i should return the newly signed forms to them.
Do i have to do that? surely whatever work licit legal has done with my charges is still with the bank? and that would not change?
and if i were to sign these papers i would be entering into a totally new contract with a new company, do i have any legal obligation to anyone to go with this new company? somebody shed some light please? x
i am confussing myself now lol
