Help! My Credit card been hacked.

Advise me please...
I have found that my CC account has been hacked. I'm not sure when or how because I've recently moved and my mail didn't follow me for 2 months. Because my CC statements were getting "return to sender" from my last address Barclaycard did not sent any statements to me at my new address for a further 2 months. I had informed them many times of my change of address during this period but because of the "return to sender" replies they got from the old address they would not send statements. I continued to pay what I calculated to be a reasonable amount (about £200/month). However during this time my CC account had been hacked and when I finally got copies of the missing staements and the current one I found £100s of bills for things that are not mine.
Barclaycard has issue me with a new card but rogue bills still turn up! Barclaycard send me individual dispute statements to verify and sign for each bill but there is so many I can't keep up. How do I stop the madness?

Next time, get Royal Mail to redirect your post!

You will have to keep filling in the dispute statements until it stops.

Thanks but I tried that when I moved. PO required proof of ID (I don't drive, Passport lost in Home office bureaucratic morass) and proof of residence in the new property (unavailable due to bureaucrats on holiday).

Well today I got a statement from Barclaycard informing me of more rogues digging into my credit BUT this statement is more than a month late...(payment date 12 July!)
Barclaycard uses TNT post. Now I'll have to find out how to I get then to investigate?
Life never was this complicated before what's happening????

Don’t worry too much. My Barclay Card got hacked. I phoned Barclays and they were fantastic about it.

Keep an eye on your statements. Maybe register online. And report anything suspicious as soon as you spot it.

Work with Barclay’s, fill in everything they send you and don’t worry.

It will get sorted.
