Hi
I ordered a few vitamins/supplements from an online company in England. They fulfilled all but one item in the order (the item is worth ~17.00 GBP). Now I find they don't listen to their answerphone messages or online webnotes!!
Is my next course of action to write to them and threaten a Small Claims action? What is a good notice period?
BTW I have already carried out a Small Claims action against the Co-op bank re: credit card charges (which was quite entertaining and successful)!! :rotfl:
