Private Parking Ticket

I've received a ticket from a firm called Excel Parking Services. The car park was to service several shops. I parked in a bay marked Taxi. There was no other wording relating to "Taxi Only" or "Reserved for Taxi" or "Do not park - taxi only". The notice made no reference to "do not park in Taxi bay" only "park in allocated bays".
Am I going to get away with the "ignore" procedure?

    Almost certainly a yes.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

In a private car park it is technically meaningless.

Could just as easily have painted Aliens or Tanks, just as meaningful.
