Small extension 7.8m

We are looking to get a small single story extension 7.8m squared. Move the existing french doors and install 2 windows, 1 on each side of the extension.
We have been quoted £12700 all we would need to do would be paint the walls and install flooring.
We live in Sale Cheshire, is this a good price. We will of course get some more quotes but just wanted to get peoples opinion on this type of extension and rough prices if people know.
