Payment under review

Just sold some tickets on ebay, and the highest bidder has sent the funds, but paypal have sent me an e-mail saying payment under review, and not to despatch until they clear it, the problem is that if i wait the 24 hours they say it might take, it might be too late to send the tickets, especially if the PO go on strike, another problem for an e-bay newbie, any advice?

I would contact the buyer and explain the issue. Let then do the running round, chasing paypal, etc, or arrange another form of payment.
Don't send the tickets before you receive payment. You may want to consider an alternative delivery service if RM can't guarantee delivery and these are time dependant documents."Now to trolling as a concept. .... What exactly have paypal said is the reason for the payment being under review?

The payment has gone into my account, but it just says it is under review, so it might be a problem with me, as opposed to the buyer, the buyer has confirmed he has recieved an e-mail stating that the funds have been sent, and paypal have e-mailed me saying the funds have been recieved, but are under review.Thankyou Sir Alex for 26 years0
