Not being charged student loan repayments.

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I graduated 2 years ago now, am earning more than 15k a year but am not being charged any student loan. I want to get this sorted as I am keen to repay my debts, I also don't want to risk back dated payments.
Any idea who I should speak to? Is this a job for the inland revenue or should I contact the student loan company? I am afraid to admit that all useful information such as my ART ID etc has been lost in my house move. Would my national insurance number be enough for them to find me on the database and start taking my money?
Thanks in advance.

I would first contact your work payroll to see what they say. They might give you the answer.
If they can't, contact local tax office.0 -
Yes, this is supposed to be pay as you earn so your payroll should be actioning it the same as your tax and NI.0

You would be wise to contact student loans as well. They may not have your record matched with the tax office. If you are matched they should be able to get the repayments started by taking your employers details and passing them to HMRC.
You are going to need the PAYE Reference number - Sometimes on your payslip but will be on your P60. If you don't have it speak to your payroll.0 -
Thanks for the advice guys, will crack on with it today.0
