The only letter I had after A&L requested money was from Shoosmiths saying they were instructed by A&L to get payment as I had failed to make agreed payments with their client...0

i dout if they payment is the true factor to be taken into account here it's the ccj if like me you have equity in your home thats what they will be after with a charging order on your home do you have equity in your home or negitive equity ??????

well I prob have about 5k in reality - I bought in 2007 when prices were high and two doors away have had theirs for sale now for nearly a year!0
