Natwest charges

Hi everyone,

Im new to this and have just spent about 20 minutes looking for the address to send a template letter too. Im probably being dumb but i cant find it can anyone help?
Also on the template it says name and address of bank, is this where im sending it too or my local bank?
I will be applying under financial hardship do i need to add this to the template letter or state this to them when they reply?

Is this for details of the charges or reclaiming the charges as you already have the details?
If you have the details you can go back to 27th July 2001.

Thanks for replying, i have a list of charges which i got off my natwest banking facility as they go back quite a way now. My charges go back to 1st December 05 and i dont recall getting any before that. So i have a list of the charges already. One day alone i was charged 90 pound :O

So its the address to send the template letter to to reclaim charges without interest.
