Cleared my card by BT, still adding interest???

I have hsbc cleared my card by balance transfer
paid the remaining 89.00
they took as last monthly payment .
which left a balance of 5p on the card
I cleared this ..online
Was going to ring and close the card...
now the balance online shows as £13 D a few days on
I thought it had finished the card up..
I have drawn cash in the past on the hsbc card
what do I do now !!!??
help !

Pay it off...
